The Bonrix Customer Facing Display Series CFD-001 – WeightToBHIMUPI-DQR creates a seamless connection between traditional Bluetooth weighing scales and India's digital payment ecosystem.

1️⃣ The device automatically discovers nearby Bluetooth weighing scales or connects with a preconfigured weighing scale using secure PIN authentication.

2️⃣ After successful pairing through Bluetooth SPP or BLE, the CFD-001 continuously receives and displays real-time weight readings on its customer-facing colour TFT display.

3️⃣ The merchant configures the item price or rate per unit weight. Once the weight becomes stable, the device automatically calculates the payable amount:

Final Amount = Stable Weight × Preconfigured Item Price

4️⃣ The calculated amount is instantly converted into a Dynamic BHIM UPI QR Code and displayed on the 3.5-inch TFT screen.

5️⃣ Customers can scan the QR code using any UPI-enabled application such as Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, or other NPCI-compliant applications and complete the exact payment instantly without manual amount entry.

6️⃣ When the item is removed from the weighing scale or the weight value changes, the previous QR code automatically disappears and a new QR code is generated only after the updated weight becomes stable, preventing incorrect or outdated payment requests.
